I'm thinking we should start counting Operation Antepartum by the gestational age of our baby, not the amount of days I'm not allowed to do anything. Yesterday (Day 11) our baby turned 29 weeks plus 3 days and because everyday counts so much, this seems like a bit more of an optimistic way to look at things. Other reasons for optimism:
*Dane has had 2 snow days this week
*I've had lots of visitors and excellent reports from all doctors, nurses and midwives who have checked me and the little guy.
*Veronica Mars Season 2 should be arriving any day now.
*We had amazing granola & strawberry preserves from the Wuest household.
*Rachel has a beautiful bouquet of flowers (from J&C) to rearrange all over the house
*I was permitted to leave the apartment to go meet my new Obstetrician yesterday. Not only was he a great doctor, but I was allowed to go in a car all the way to 12th & Cambie!
*My sister is still in town and my mum is arriving today.

Hey Jane, Jeff is still working on copying season 2 for you. I've got season three on hold at the library so as soon as I get that we'll copy that for you too. Did you get anything else from us in the mail? Just wondering how long stuff takes....

Nothing in the mail yet, but I am not allowed to get the mail...I'll have my people check it. We did however order 'season 2 from our version of netflix, I'm sure they'll have season 3 too....and Audrey was talking about needing an excuse to buy Friday Night Lights (Audrey read: Go for it). Thanks!
i'm on it. in the meantime, you should borrow the "flight of the conchords" season 1 dvd from dan and melanie. offbeat humor - good stuff.
hey guys...I am glad that you are posting the updates on your blog. It is good to know how things are progressing. Lara has filled me in and I just wanted you guys to know i am thinking of you and praying for you. I wish there was something I could send you from Scotland. But I will just encouraged the continued Veronica Mars watching and other such shows. I wish you guys all the best of health. I will keep reading...
