Laura B and Rachel came by to say hi to Ben and I yesterday afternoon. Do you think he was happy to see them? I'm working on getting a good video. This will be much easier when our new computer arrives. It left California for Tennesee and then on the Calgary today. Who knew? I thought all computers came from China.

He can sit but...

Ben cant get himself into a seated position or move from the seated position once he's there. It is pretty awesome actually. It's like he is glued to the floor (until of course he tumbles).

Here is what Ben looks like after 5 days of - I'll be brief - toxic diarrhea.

Today was supposed to be Dane's first day back at school and my first day back on full time mom duty after being spoiled by all the Splinters doting on Ben for the last week (not to mention Dane being home for 2 weeks). But at 6:15am when the phone rang we knew what the day would hold: SNOW DAY!! So Dane and Ben spent the afternoon playing, napping and recovering from Ben's latest illness while Laura B and I hit up Metrotown on the quest for my first pair of good jeans (failed but now I have LB on a mission).
