Ben is now eight and half pounds and I can walk for a long time (as long as it is slow and flat). We have had many a long walks in the BOB this week. Apparently summer in Vancouver has arrived (for now). We are looking forward to Courtney and Alec coming for a visit next week as well as Rachel's return to Vancouver. And rumor has it the Buddies Toys rowing team made it to the finals!
