bagels - i finally did it


in case you haven't heard: I got one of these this year



pre-"bagel" dough rising

rolled into bagels


this guy was my sous chef




the key to making a bagel a bagel and not "bread with a hold in the middle" - the 2 minute boil

the blurry picture of our "toppings" (note: reason I want to learn to make bagels is so I can make my sister salt bagels - check!)

this guy helped by taking a long nap. although he woke up (this happy) right before the bake

I'm jealous of both your mixer and your bagels. FYI, pretzels are similar with having to boil before baking, try it!
