I'm so sorry you've had such a rough time of it! My goodness, you've been through the ringer! I really hope things begin to look on the up for you guys from now on. New parenthood is a challenge but, oh so beautiful!
Real quick, if you don't already know about this, I have one recommendation that I wish I had for my first newborn (but saved me with the next three) is to get the video or book by Dr. Harvey Karp, "The Happiest Baby On the Block: The new way to calm crying and help your baby sleep longer" as soon as possible since it's especially for the newborn period. You can check them out at most libraries and it's seriously a miracle worker! It transformed the long nights and anxiety filled days to a confident and enjoyable first few months (with more sleep for Lee and I). Not kidding, it's awesome...check it out.
